None of the details you give to us are stored on our web site. Data from each form is sent straight to our office via separate channels. Only when our team receive both registration forms are your contact details matched to your personal details.

We value your privacy. We will never sell or pass your details to anyone outside of our organisation, unless we are required to do so by law.

We will delete your details from our system when we have solved your problem and will not take any actions likely to cause you inconvenience.

If you wish to view a copy of the data we hold about you, you may request us to send this to you under the data protection act, upon payment of the appropriate fee.
